On January 17th we celebrate the life of one of the greatest leaders in American history, Martin Luther King Jr. Also, 2011 marks the 25th Anniversary of the 100 Black Men of America. In celebration of both of these events, 100 Black Men of Greater Kansas City has partnered with California Pizza Kitchen for a very special fundraiser.
When you visit California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) at Park Place (Town Center Plaza shopping district in OP) on MLK Day 2011 and give them our flyer, they will donate 20% of your check to 100 Black Men of Greater Kansas City. These donations will help to fund programs that support our “Four Pillars” of Mentorship, Health & Wellness, Education and Economic Empowerment such as:
