The weekend of events will be May 25-27, in Kansas City Missouri at the Ramada Conference Center Kansas City, located at 1601 N Universal Ave, I-435 & Front Street-Exit 57 Kansas City, MO 64120. Group discount rates available under Organization Name: Greek Picnic first come first serve.

This weekend’s events;
***Friday 8pm-1am- Old School Mixer; featuring networking power hour, ad presentation, poetic interlude, and karaoke. There will also be drink specials.

***Saturday-12-6pm Community service camp out, Picnic with BBQ, Stroll off competition featuring Gateway High Steppers Drill Team, and late night party 9-2am.

***Sunday 1-4pm- Pool Party with live performances pool side.

Tickets for entire weekend will be $40 before May 14, 2012; this ticket will include entry into all events. Tickets purchased after deadline will be $50. Each event entry fee is $15 at door.

Friday’s Mixer will feature an ad presentation with an ad space available for purchase. This allows all business, vendors, and individuals to showcase merchandise and services. To be featured in ad book there is a cost and registration form is attached. Deadline for ad book registration will be May 11, 2012. There will also be a registration form attached for stroll off competition. Stroll off will feature 10 Sorority and 10 Fraternity teams first come first serve registration. Registration form deadline will be May 11, 2012.
